At transfer pup is guaranteed  to be free from DISTEMPER, PARVOVIRUS,  AS WELL AS ANY LIFE THREATENING GENETIC DEFECTS.

 

IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTRACT AGREEMENT THE FOLLOWING APPLY

• Puppies are required to be paid for in full prior to 6 weeks of age   so we may ship at 8 weeks
• Deposits and payments are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another litter.
• Both parties agree that no dogs / puppies, nor Sire or Dam of such have been bred or sold  for fighting or any illegal purpose!
  

     

Carolina Pitbulls  waives all responsibility for any actions of the puppy or adult dog after purchase. The actions of the puppy or adult dog are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, not the breeder.

 

      -Buyer agrees to have pup examined by licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of transfer. If at this time the pup is found to have any of the above mentioned, Carolina Pitbulls will REPLACE the pup (NO REFUNDS) provided the condition is sufficiently serious in the opinion of two licenced veterinarians, at least one of whom Carolina Pitbulls agrees to, to warrant euthanization.

    

       -The guarantee applies to the original owner only, and it is non-transferable. The puppy must be in good physical condition, and be current on all worming and vaccinations. No replacement will be given if the male or female has been bred,  neutered / spayed, or Registration Application Form has expired. Owner is responsible for any shipping costs, puppy maintenance costs, and any veterinarian bills. In order for contract to be valid, contract must be signed and accepted by breeder before the puppy has been transferred to purchaser.

 

        -Breeder reserves the right to reclaim said puppy, should the buyer be unable to provide adequate food, shelter, attention, veterinarian care or should the puppy be allowed to roam loose or be kept in such a way to endanger its life or safety. In the event the terms of this paragraph are invoked, breeder shall not be obligated to pay buyer any consideration in as much as buyer's breech shall be considered an abandonment of said dog.

         -If the buyer desires to sell the said dog, the breeder must be given the first option to buy the dog. If the breeder declines, then the buyer has the right to sell the dog outright. The above contract is to be adhered to strictly, unless otherwise agreed and amended in writing by both breeder and buyer.

  

         -Above all we want you to have a healthy new addition to your family. If any problems arise we will consult with your Veterinarian.
